Description

This warehouse building which is close to our offices in the Shearwater Business Park, will provide a state of the art storage facility, and caretakers residence.

The construction is steel frame and pre-cast concrete panels. The design challenge on this project was to create a building of 1,450 sq. metres in floor area with a height of 11.2 metres.

The completed building incorporates a number of design features including large cantilevered eaves, louvre ventilation, and signage in colour, which will create a high impact visual solution with an interesting yet accessible presence.
