Description
The proposed development comprises the construction of three premium styled home units and a basement carpark on arguably one of the more significant sites overlooking Nelson Bay Marina and within Port Stephens.
The three Units are arranged one above the other over a basement carpark and pedestrian entry level, with the upper most Unit occupying the top two floors with access to a rooftop terrace and plunge pool. Entry is gained via a basement level foyer and lift which services all floors except the roof. The lowest Unit sits on a fully landscaped podium slightly lower than the street. It is our intention to make use of collected rainwater as a primary source of potable water, supplement electrical power requirements with solar panels, and incorporate the major principles of Ecologically Sustainable Development as key components of the development.
